2. Service description
Rigel Ledger is a bookkeeping and business record-keeping tool. It helps you organize parties, cash, expenses, invoices, and reports. It is not a bank, lender, payment processor, investment service, tax adviser, or accounting firm.
3. Your records and responsibilities
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, confidentiality, backups, and appropriate use of the information you enter. Review financial records and generated exports before relying on them for business, tax, legal, or reporting decisions.
4. Lawful use
You must not use Rigel Ledger for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, privacy-invasive, or security-compromising activity, or attempt to access another user’s records.
5. Availability and changes
Features, supported devices, synchronization behavior, and integrations may change. Online services may be unavailable because of maintenance, connectivity, provider outages, or events outside our reasonable control.
6. Third-party services
Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Google Sign-In, Android system services, hosting providers, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
7. Account closure
You may stop using the app or request account deletion through the process described in the data-deletion page. We may limit access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service integrity.
8. Disclaimer
Rigel Ledger is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
