Rigel Video Suite Data Deletion and Privacy Choices

Account status

Rigel Video Suite does not currently create user accounts. There is no login, profile, or cloud identifier associated with the app installation.

Delete local app information

• Delete projects, recent-file entries, presets, or outputs through the available app controls.
• Delete gallery or shared-storage outputs through the device’s gallery or file manager.
• Clear Rigel Video Suite storage in device settings to remove app-private data.
• Uninstall the app to remove app-private records and temporary files. Files exported to shared storage may remain until you delete them separately.

Notifications

You can deny or disable notifications through Android settings. Core local processing remains available. If iOS support is added in the future, equivalent controls will apply on iOS.

Analytics and support information

Because the app has no account identifier and local media is not uploaded, we may hold no record that can be associated with a specific requester. Support emails and any other records held by Tech Rigel will be handled subject to identity verification, legal obligations, security needs, backups, and applicable law. Please include the following:

• Subject: Rigel Video Suite Privacy Request
• Platform and approximate installation or use date
• The email address previously used to contact support, if any
• The specific right or request (for example, access, deletion, or objection)

Do not send videos, passwords, government identification, FCM tokens, or Firebase API keys. If we need additional verification, we will describe a lawful, necessary, and secure way to provide it.

Response time

We will respond within the period required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. Where no specific period applies, we will respond within a reasonable time consistent with our operational capacity.
