1. Parties
This EULA is between you and Tech Rigel Corp. Google is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Rigel Ledger.
2. License grant
Subject to these terms, Tech Rigel Corp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Rigel Ledger on Android devices that you own or control.
3. Ownership
Rigel Ledger, its branding, original interface, and original code remain the property of Tech Rigel Corp or its licensors. You retain your rights in the business information and records you enter.
4. Restrictions
You must not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, disrupt, or modify Rigel Ledger to introduce malicious behavior, except where applicable law or an open-source license expressly permits it.
5. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the Rigel Ledger Privacy Policy.
6. Termination
This license ends when you stop using or uninstall Rigel Ledger, or when you materially breach this EULA. Account data deletion is described in the data-deletion page.
